Finding Inspiration in Every Turn of Life

Jeff and Emily are among the original founders of Invisible Hands, which was established in 2014 by four couples with a shared mission to assist those in need and to spread the gospel to individuals who have yet to know Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior.

Years later, God blessed Jeff and Emily with the opportunity to rebirth "His Invisible Hands" Ministry on January 3, 2025, with a renewed vision aimed at those seeking healing, restoration, encouragement, and redemption. “If you've ever found yourself questioning what you believe, feeling let down by a community meant to uplift you, or wrestling with trust amid life's storms, you are not alone.”

When God first initiated this ministry in 2014, we had no idea of the profound impact it would have. One of our founders was grappling with her own struggles and pain that was unknown to us at the time. After the loss of this dear sister in Christ, we realized that change was essential, though we were uncertain how to achieve it. God guided us into a nurturing community where we felt safe to explore our inner wounds that needed to be healed by God. Through this healing journey, we uncovered the shame and fears that were burdening us. God knew exactly what we needed! We have been incredibly blessed to grow and learn in grace with others, prompting us to create a sacred safe haven for those in need. This ministry also serves to honor our beloved sister whom we lost by opening our hearts to those who are navigating their own struggles.

God designed each person in His image with these distinct parts of us that should be working together emotionally, spiritually, mentally and relationally. We are to be His image bearers and to reflect His image to a world needing to be reconciled with their Creator and Savior. Those who have trusted in Christ's finished work on the cross have become a new creation, as 2 Corinthians 5:17 tells us. We are to look more and more like Him; this is the Spirit's work in us, transforming us to be like Jesus.

Being beautifully broken in this world is part of suffering and choosing to allow Him to heal those parts of us. Our suffering is one way He transforms us into His image. Having strongholds and not being aware of the impact can hinder us from looking like Jesus (2 Corinthians 10:4-6). When we take the time to acknowledge what we are believing and get to the root, He can pull the lie out and heal that part of or soul. By applying His truth through His Spirit, we can experience His healing touch in our lives.
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals through seasons of rebuilding and restoration. Our goal is to foster strength, hope, and encouragement as we share our experiences of overcoming destructive behaviors, abuse, and unhealthy sinful coping mechanisms. We all face moments of being stuck, and we need support. There is hope, for we know the Healer who loves us unconditionally and desires to restore us and our violations of love and trust.
Having been married for over 22 years and raising four adult children and ten grandchildren, we have hands-on experience in helping to strengthen and restore individuals and marriages within the Christian community. We both enjoy sailing, outdoors, pickleball,
the beach and going to the river. The most important joys of life for us are spending time with God, our family and friends.
We believe that making a disciple is not just sharing the gospel, reading your bible and going to church. You need to live life with people and get to know them so we all learn and experience intimacy together. Let's grow stronger together!
