What is a Trauma-Informed Coach?

A trauma-informed coach is a trained professional who integrates the principles of trauma-informed care into their coaching approach. This means they recognize the widespread impact trauma can have on an individual’s emotional, relational, and behavioral well-being and intentionally create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for healing and growth. Trauma-informed coaching acknowledges that many individuals have experienced adverse life events and seeks to build relationships by emphasizing safety, trust, collaboration, empowerment, and choice.

Individual $125 per hr

Invisible Hands Ministry Agreement

In consideration of my voluntary participation in one of the following in person or online groups—By signing below I understand that I am being asked to carefully read the following paragraph. I understand that if I wish to discuss any of the terms contained in this agreement, I may contact Jeff & Emily Stephenson. Hold Harmless, Indemnity, and Release: In consideration of permission to participate in individual or group in person or online group(s), I agree for myself, my heirs, personal representatives, or assigned to defend, hold harmless, indemnify, and release Invisible Hands, Jeff & Emily Stephenson, Stephenson Consultants, its board, employees, and volunteer leaders from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action of any sort. Further, it is expressly understood that such indemnity of Invisible Hands, Jeff & Emily Stephenson, Stephenson Consultants, l shall not be limited by reason of enumeration of any insurance coverages provided. I understand that in person/online groups are voluntarily hosted by facilitators with life experience having completed individual/group workshops: Women & Men Skills/Identity/Renewing your Mind/Premarital/Marriage Skills. I understand that by agreeing to this clause I am releasing claims and giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue.
