Many things in life hinder our abilities to achieve the life we want. Our wounds, defense mechanisms, and belief systems have helped us survive but at some point these begin to hinder the life we want. Change is hard and painful but something you do not have to do alone.

God created us to desire relationships.

The gospel message at it's core is clear about having a personal intimate relationship between God and us, that also extends towards others.

Stronghold's will hinder our relationships. The believer’s approach to pulling down strongholds is to present the truth of God’s Word and let the Holy Spirit reshape our thoughts, heart attitudes, and perceptions.

"For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled" 2 Corinthians 10: 3-6.

We need to slow down and pay attention to what our thoughts are in order to know what we are believing, feeling, and how those thoughts are affecting our perceptions and mindset. We may need to ask the Father what needs to be healed- this could mean wounds from the past in order to move forward in our new identity that's already been given to us-yet, we are not living out of that identity. That is the redemptive process here on this side of heaven.

Too many are surviving, instead of thriving. This was us! Trauma can change the way we see ourselves, the world, others, and even God. You can heal! It is absolutely possible! Taking care of yourself and giving yourself the space, time, and specific care are necessary steps to heal.  You do not have to be defined by what you have been through.

It is an honor and joy, to help others understand the impact of trauma and how God restores and rebuilds lives. There is HOPE! Restoration is the process, and admitting that can be difficult, we understand.

We promise you have resilience and dignity within you- God gave it to you. Allowing Him to heal and show you how to overcome in a safe space is what we offer. Come and see what the Lord can do.
